- Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before it has been dispatched for reasons including, but not limited to, the product being out of stock, an error in the price or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

- Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase using one of the accepted payment methods (PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Direct transfers to our bank account are also accepted.

- Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard, express, and international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to deliver your products within the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized products and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Warranty Our suitcases come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migrell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
- Intellectual Property All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Migrell and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
